Issues Deleting DCs in NWDI 7.0 for 7.0 track

While deleting dcs from DTR (NWDS)

First I went SCs in the SC_Name>/dev/inactive/SCs/<vendor>/NWSC/_comp/TopLevelDCs and deleted .dcref totally for all my CAF project

then it got added to the activity, I have activated.

But I realized to know that I need to delete DCs before deleting TopLevelDCs, could you please help me how can I delete DCs without having .dcref (toplevel dcs)?
