Name space prefix not available for creating a new dc

Hi Experts ,

I have two machines , in which nwds 7.01 in installed , in one of the machine im able to import the configurations and create a new dc etc , and in another machine im able to import the development configurations but im not able to create a new dc , llike the name space prefix is not getting displayed , i removed configuration and reimported again but not able to find a solution have gone throught this link .
