Software Component option is disable in NWDS.

Dear All,

I have default mycomponents software component in track.So i am using this SC to creating the DC,But when i am releasing the activity's that time entry SC again regenerating and creating new .sca file.My problem is using the external library  DC having maximum size 100MB for this dc is using to all other DC's that time each dc having size and appending this dc size also and .sca file maximum size 1.5GB .So i need to create another SC means my each dc size it will reduce and .sca file size also reduce.Please tell me how to creating the SC in NWDS track.Here this option is disable.So tell me any one how to enable this option.
